The Victoria S. and Bradley L. Geist Foundation, administered by the Hawaii Community Foundation, supports programs involving the recruitment, initial and follow-up training, or retention of foster parents, sibling connectivity projects and supporting transitioning foster youth. 

EPIC received funding from the Victoria S. and Bradley L. Geist Foundation to provide information about Enhancement Fund resources to children, youth, resource parents and professionals who work with and serve children and youth in the foster care system in Hawai'i.

EPIC works to strengthen `ohana and enhance the welfare of children and youth through transformative processes that are respectful, collaborative and solution-oriented.
