SUBMIT AN APPLICATION WITH A PROVIDER IN YOUR COUNTY:
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for Victoria S. and Bradley L. Geist Enhancement Funds, a child or youth must:
1) Live in Hawai'i
2) Be under age 18 or under 21 if still in foster care and high school.
3) Be placed in foster care by a Hawai'i State government agency (CWS): permanent custody, foster custody, kin placement, therapeutic or respite care.
* Resource caregivers, social workers, GAL/CASA, therapists, school counselors may submit an application for a child/youth in foster care. Funds go directly to vendors.
